George F. Johnson III, DMD
Born in Eastern Kentucky, Dr. Johnson graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2006. He co-founded Elite Dental with Dr. Chaney and has built a practice centered on patient relationships, comfort, and beautiful results. His clinical focus includes sedation dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and implant surgery. He holds a comprehensive sedation permit issued by the Tennessee Board of Dentistry. A member of the ADA and TDA, he also holds Nobel Biocare implant surgery certification.
Paul Jason Chaney, DMD
Born in Pikeville, KY, Dr. Jason Chaney earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville in 2006 and co-founded Elite Dental in 2007. He is dedicated to all aspects of specialty practice with particular expertise in cosmetic and implant dentistry. A member of the ADA and TDA, he consistently exceeds Tennessee's continuing education requirements to stay at the forefront of his field.
Rachel N. Chaney, DMD
Inspired by her older brother Dr. Jason Chaney, Dr. Rachel followed his footsteps to the University of Louisville, earning her DMD in 2016. After gaining broad experience in endodontics, oral surgery, full mouth rehabilitation, and cosmetic dentistry, she joined the Elite Dental team in Jefferson City.
John Winslow, DMD
A native of Eastern North Carolina, Dr. Winslow earned his dental degree from East Carolina University and completed his residency at the University of Tennessee, receiving advanced training in dental implants, surgical procedures, restorative dentistry, and dental alveolar trauma.

Yes, we are welcoming new patients at both our Dandridge and Jefferson City locations. We can usually get you in within a few days. Call us or request an appointment online.
Insurance participation is provider-specific. Dr. Rachel Chaney at Jefferson City is in network with Cigna, Delta Dental, and BCBS. Dr. Jason Chaney and Dr. Frank Johnson are fee-for-service and out of network. Dr. Winslow at Dandridge is in network with Cigna. Our team can explain how your benefits apply before treatment.
Yes. We offer flexible financing options so cost is not a barrier to getting the care you need. Ask our team about options when you call.
We specialize in dentistry for anxious patients. We offer nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV sedation depending on your needs and procedure. Many of our most anxious patients now look forward to their appointments.
Most patients benefit from cleanings every six months. Some patients with gum disease or other conditions may need more frequent visits. We will give you a personalized recommendation at your first appointment.
We welcome patients ages 12 and up at both locations. For children under 12, we recommend Dandridge Pediatric Dentistry, located right next door to our Dandridge location, where younger patients receive specialized pediatric care in an environment designed just for them.
We serve patients throughout East Tennessee including Dandridge, Jefferson City, Morristown, Newport, Sevierville, and the greater Knoxville area. Most patients are within 30 minutes of one of our two offices.
Yes. We place implants in house at both locations, so you do not need to be referred to a specialist. We handle the full process from consultation through final restoration.
Call during business hours for urgent dental guidance. We will ask a few triage questions, help determine how quickly you should be seen, and schedule the right type of visit when care at Elite Dental is the best next step.
