Born in Eastern Kentucky, Dr. Johnson graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2006. He co-founded Elite Dental with Dr. Chaney and has built a practice centered on patient relationships, comfort, and beautiful results. He performs all sedation dentistry and maintains his certification through the Tennessee Board of Dentistry. A member of the ADA and TDA, he also holds Nobel Biocare implant surgery certification.
Born in Pikeville, KY, Dr. Jason Chaney earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville in 2006 and co-founded Elite Dental in 2007. He is dedicated to all aspects of specialty practice with particular expertise in cosmetic and implant dentistry. A member of the ADA and TDA, he consistently exceeds Tennessee's continuing education requirements to stay at the forefront of his field.
Inspired by her older brother Dr. Jason Chaney, Dr. Rachel followed his footsteps to the University of Louisville, earning her DMD in 2016. After gaining broad experience in endodontics, oral surgery, full mouth rehabilitation, and cosmetic dentistry, she joined the Elite Dental team in Jefferson City.
A native of Eastern North Carolina, Dr. Winslow earned his dental degree from East Carolina University and completed his residency at the University of Tennessee, receiving advanced training in dental implants, surgical procedures, restorative dentistry, and dental alveolar trauma.
