Can I use this if I already have dental insurance? +
The membership plan cannot be combined with dental insurance benefits for the same services. However, it's an excellent option if your insurance doesn't cover a specific treatment, or if you have no insurance at all.
When does my membership become active? +
Immediately upon payment. There are no waiting periods. You can call us the same day you sign up to schedule your first appointment.
What if I need to cancel? +
You can cancel anytime with no penalties. Simply contact our office or manage your membership through your member portal. Unused benefits for the current billing period are not refunded, but you'll never be charged again after cancellation.
Does the 15% discount apply to major work like crowns or implants? +
Yes the 15% discount applies to most restorative treatments including fillings, crowns, bridges, and implants. Some specialty services and lab fees may have exclusions. Your treatment coordinator will go over any specifics before your appointment.
What is the $99 activation fee for? +
The $99 activation fee is a one-time, lifetime fee that sets up your membership account. It includes your first month's membership. You'll never pay it again as long as your membership remains active.
Can I enroll multiple family members? +
Absolutely. Each family member enrolls individually under the plan that matches their age and dental needs. There are no family caps each member has their own full set of benefits.
Which office location can I use? +
When you enroll, you'll select either our Dandridge or Jefferson City location. Your membership benefits are tied to that location. If you'd like to switch locations, please contact our office and we'll help you transfer.
